Chairman, Non-Executive Director

Philip Crutchfield was appointed as Chairman and Non-Executive Director on 14 December 2015. Mr Crutchfield is a board member of the Melbourne Law School Foundation, Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company, and The Victorian Bar Foundation Limited. He is also a former partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons). Philip Crutchfield QC is a senior barrister practising in commercial law. He was admitted to practice in 1988.

Dianne Challenor

Non-Executive Director

Dianne is the General Manager of GTS Westpac Institutional Banking with responsibility for Westpac’s Global Corporate & Institutional service, product and specialised sales teams. Prior to joining the Westpac Group, Dianne held the role of Managing Director & Head of Transaction Services, Asia Pacific for JP Morgan, based in Hong Kong. Dianne holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Australia) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree.

John Batistich
John Batistich

Non-Executive Director

John is Non-Executive Director for Foodco and the Heart Research Institute and advises the Board of the General Pants Group. He has cross sector experience across Marketing, Digital and General Management previously holding the position of Director of Marketing and Digital for Westfield/Scentre Group and the Regional Managing Director of the Wrigley Company. John holds a Masters in Management from MGSM majoring in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Marketing, a Certificate in Digital Marketing from ADMA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Larry co-founded Zip Co Limited in 2013 following 12 years' experience in retail, IT, corporate finance and investment banking at Pacific Brands, Macquarie Capital and Deutsche Bank. He is a former consultant to lenders Prospa Advance, Money in Advance and payment operator Live TaxiEpay. Larry is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Information Technology and Master of Commerce (Finance).

Peter co-founded Zip Co Limited in 2013 as a consumer finance specialist with over 20 years’ experience in the Retail Finance industry. He is a licensed Responsible Manager for Zip Co Limited Payments Pty Ltd under the ASIC regime and has held the role for numerous former businesses. His core strengths are in consumer and merchant credit risk, compliance and operations management. Peter has managed over 50,000 customers locally and offshore for over $200m at FAI Finance, myBuy, Once Credit and Australian Finance Direct organisations.

David Franks
David Franks

Company Secretary

Mr Franks holds a Bachelor of Economics (Finance and Accounting) from Macquarie University, is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, Justice of the Peace, Registered Tax Agent.

With over 20 years in finance and accounting, initially qualifying with Price Waterhouse in their Business Services and Corporate Finance Divisions, David has been CFO, Company Secretary and/or Director for numerous ASX listed and unlisted public and private companies, in a range of industries covering energy retailing, transport, financial services, mineral exploration, technology, automotive, software development and healthcare.
